What’s Your Dominant Vibration?

One sure-fire way to know this is to ask yourself the question, “What’s showing up in my life experience”? What are the quality of your relationships, in love, friends, colleagues, neighbors, family, etc? What’s working in your life? What’s not working? In your career, finances, body, well-being, etc.?
The answer to these questions will show you what your dominant vibration is on these topics. What you’re thinking and feeling and what you’re manifesting is always a match to your vibrational output.
Your dominant vibration follows your dominant beliefs. What is manifesting in your life will always follow your expectations.
That is, do you expect to thrive, do you expect struggle, do you expect ups and downs? Those are good questions to look at.
Since the Universe is Attraction-based, you can’t give your attention to anything without including it in your vibration. You’re saying “Yes” to whatever it is you pay attention to for any length of time.
At times we see things we don’t like or don’t prefer. Life will show us the contrast to what is wanted, no doubt.
What do you do with the contrast?
The best thing to do with contrast – the stuff you prefer not – is to look at is as information showing you what it is you DO want. Look at it long enough to determine what you prefer and give your attention, as best you can, only to what you DO want.
You have to care more about how you feel than anything else. As Abraham always says “There’s nothing more important than that I feel good.” That must be your dominant mantra. When you’ve practiced that enough, you’ll start raising your vibration and permanently shifting your point of attraction. Life begins to unfold easily, you begin to have the life you were designed to live as a conscious co-creator with the Universe.
There will always be contrast.
That’s the nature of this ever-expanding Universe. Not to worry. Life just gets better and better when you deliberately point your vibration in the direction of what you love, enjoy and appreciate.
Do the play, do the work, keep moving up the vibrational scale and you’ll soon see you can win at your game of life – and – lots of fun people will show up to play with you!
